One of the areas of expertise the we have developed over the course of the past few years are the creation of stunning imagery and animations to provide a photorealistic impression of what architectural master plans and real estate developments would look like once they are finished. The types of products that we provide under this category can be broken down as follows:
1. Master Plans
These visualisations would be used for developments that cover many square kilometers and contain many different themes and elements that we can focus on. Usually, these are long term projects or major developments where there are many stakeholders to sell to including, the Governmental authorities, land owners, financiers and investors as well as end users. The aim of these renders would be to create an impression of how the overall development would look like and the effect it would have on the landscape, rather than the details of specific areas.
2. Drop Downs
Here, another level of detail would be added to enable the camera to 'drop down' to street or eye level in specific areas that would need to be highlighted. This involves a much greater level of realism and a different approach to features would not be visible from altitude. Even simple things such as street signs, sidewalks and landscaping will provide a finished look.
3. Interiors
The most complex level of detail comes when we enter into structures for interior shots. Here every detail must be given attention or else the final product will lack the impact of a finished interior environment. Typically, we would work with an interior designer who would create the design and layout of the space, choose materials and textures as well as the furniture and accessories that will complete the look and atmosphere of the interior.
